Sacred Table Events provides professional event planning services, including consultation, co-planning (“done-with-you”), and full-service event execution (“done-for-you”) for corporate clients. Our goal is to make your event seamless, impactful, and stress-free.
2. Services Overview
We offer the following types of services:
- Consulting: One-time or ongoing guidance and support as you plan your own event.
- Done-With-You: Collaborative planning and execution, working alongside your team.
- Done-For-You: Full-service event planning and coordination, managed entirely by us.
Details of each service are outlined in individual proposals or contracts agreed upon with each client.
3. Booking & Payments
To engage our services, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit (as specified in your proposal) are required. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful event, clients agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate information.
- Respond to communication promptly.
- Communicate changes or concerns in writing as early as possible.
- Secure necessary permits, insurance, or venue permissions unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms vary by project and will be outlined in your service agreement. If you cancel after services have been rendered or partially completed, you may still be responsible for payment based on the work completed to date.
In the event of cancellation by Sacred Table Events due to unforeseen circumstances, any unused portion of your payment will be refunded.
6. Changes and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after timelines or vendor bookings are finalized.
7. Vendors & Third Parties
While we may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors, we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or actions. You agree to hold Sacred Table Events harmless for any issues arising from third-party services unless they are under contract with us directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Sacred Table Events and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sacred Table Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Shasta County, California.
